Systems Architecture
Operational workflows, data models, permission logic, UX structure, error control and technical documentation.
I solve the awkward technical problems that fall between software, infrastructure and day-to-day operations. I can map the workflow, build the tool, connect the network or hardware, and stay with the result until people can actually use it.
Most of my work does not fit neatly into a single job title. I am usually brought in when a process is awkward, a system is unreliable, or several technologies need to work together. I first learn how the work is really done, then build and implement a practical solution around it.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL/MySQL, JSON/API logic, hosting, FTP, deployment and maintenance.
Controlled assistance layers for classification, summarization, document generation, testing and process automation.
Manifest V3, service workers, content scripts, permissions, UI, persistence, packaging and publication readiness.
Windows, Linux, ESXi, servers, endpoints, NAS, backups, networks, CCTV/NVR and access control.
Arduino/C++, sensors, electronics, CNC, laser, 3D printing, Fusion 360, welding and prototype work.
These are not demo concepts. They are systems and tools I designed around real work: recurring mistakes, slow handoffs, missing visibility, fragile browser workflows and infrastructure that needed to behave predictably.
Web/MySQL operational system covering product grouping, urgency, weight conversion, remainder handling, editable decisions, work drafts, print layouts and change-control logic.
A family of branded Chrome extensions for state continuity, targeted refresh, interface visibility, workflow control, context handling and operational reliability.
A Windows Explorer right-click workflow that takes selected files, opens a new Gmail draft in Chrome and adds those files as attachments. It recreates the familiar desktop mail action for users who moved from Outlook to Gmail, without requiring a separate mail client.
Versioned deployment packages, FTP/NAS synchronization, backup flows, remote access planning, alerts, troubleshooting and repeatable client-side controls.
Structured use of language models as controlled components for requirements, classification, drafting, testing, documentation and guided operational actions.
Branded, responsive interfaces and web utilities combining advanced CSS, client-side interaction, structured content, deployment readiness and maintainability.
Design, development and deployment of IT, automation, infrastructure and operational systems; solution architecture across web, data, permissions, UI, AI-assisted workflows and technical documentation.
Complex deployment work across structured cabling, servers, data-center environments, access control and camera systems.
Managed customer activity, orders and field-team coordination across clients, operations, production and service.
Stainless steel and iron fabrication, welding, passivation, structural assemblies and field repairs.
Managed a team of approximately 10 employees, training, sales, service, suppliers, SAP and technical support up to laboratory level. Outstanding Employee, 2015.
The independent business that preceded Schwartz Technologies LTD. Provided retained IT and field systems for businesses and institutions, technical management and Israeli-market adaptation for Airtime Xpress, system administration for RED TOOLBOX, and industrial printing and process-improvement systems. The activity was later transferred into Schwartz Technologies LTD.
